A Western Celebration Honoring Our Veterans & Service Members
Get ready to dust off your boots and join us for one of Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center’s signature events, Hoedown for Heroes, returning to the beautiful Flying W Ranch in Colorado Springs.
This unforgettable evening brings together our community to celebrate and support the heroes who serve and protect us. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Front Range, Hoedown for Heroes blends Western hospitality, live entertainment, and meaningful impact into one incredible night.
Guests will enjoy a classic Flying W Ranch experience, complete with a hearty chuckwagon-style dinner, live Western music, and opportunities to connect with fellow supporters of the veteran and military community. Proceeds from the event directly support Mt. Carmel’s programs and services for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families.

- 5:30 PM – Gates Open & Welcome Reception

Hear from Mt. Carmel leadership and special guests as we honor our heroes - 6:30 PM – Chuckwagon Dinner Service Begins
Enjoy a delicious Western-style meal provided by Flying W Ranch - 7:00 PM – Live Music & Entertainment
Kick back with live Western music and ranch-style entertainment - 7:30 PM – Program Highlight & Fundraising Moment
Stories of impact, recognition of honorees, and opportunities to support Mt. Carmel’s mission - 8:30 PM – Dancing Under the Colorado Sky
