PARTNERS
Partnering with community organizations offering best practices was at the core of Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center’s establishment in 2015. Leaders recognized collaborating with established community resources best serve Military, Veterans and their Families. Today, with numerous partners by our side offering a wide array of supportive services, we continue to connect clients to critical resources in-house and community-wide. Each of our programs are connected to passionate and knowledgeable partners ready to assist. These enduring relationships enable our team, using a warm handover, to provide those we serve with expanded resources.
Our integrated efforts best support those in need by working together towards similar goals, under one roof, providing synchronized and synergistic client service.
As a Beacon of Support, we’re honored to be the hub of military-affiliated resources. If you, or your organization, want to partner in serving Military, Veterans and their Families, give us a call at 719-772-7000.
Mt. Carmel collaborates with community partners to provide programs and services in four key areas:
- Transition & Employment Services
- Crisis Case Management & Resource Navigation
- Health & Wellness Support
- Community Connections
In-House Partners
“Being a partner with Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center is important to Medicare Mentors because it shares our values of relationship-based education and services to our Veterans and their Families. We commit to advocating and connecting with the resources and services they need and deserve. We know that if we cannot assist with solving a particular issue, that we can work with the Mt. Carmel team and get them pointed in the right direction. It’s wonderful to be a part of a network that continues to serve Veterans and their Families no matter what the situation or concern.”
