Hunter Safety Class by Operation TBI Freedom

Hunter Safety Class (Colorado Certification Opportunity)
Join us for a two-day Hunter Safety Class hosted by Operation TBI Freedom and the River Deep Foundation. This comprehensive course provides essential knowledge and hands-on experience for safe and responsible hunting—and offers participants the opportunity to earn a Colorado Hunter Safety Card.
Instruction includes hunting ethics, wildlife management, basic survival skills, first aid, hunting laws, and an introduction to rifles, shotguns, and archery. Participants will receive both classroom and supervised range instruction.

To receive a Hunter Safety Card, participants must attend both days, pass a 50-question written exam (minimum score of 78%), and successfully complete a live-fire evaluation. All class materials are provided. Participants may bring their own eye and ear protection for the shooting portion; however, personal firearms are not permitted.
