Our FY 2025 Impact & Evaluation Report highlights measurable outcomes across employment, behavioral health, and family support — demonstrating how Mt. Carmel’s coordinated care model improves lives statewide. These results reflect the collective strength of our partners, donors, and volunteers.

FY 2025 Key Impact Statistics

  • 8,000 + military-connected clients served statewide

  • 545 veterans and family members placed in meaningful employment

  • 3,734 behavioral health sessions delivered

  • 97 % of clients report improved stability and well-being

  • 20,000 + meals and food boxes distributed through pantry and partner food distributions in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Trinidad
