Introducing the Second Annual Colorado Springs SausageFest, hosted by Solsage Food Truck and Red Leg Brewing Company! A celebratory gathering of master sausage makers from around the state to commemorate the craft of sausage making!
A portion of this event’s proceeds will be donated to Mt. Carmel Veteran Service Center and it’s being hosted by Colorado Springs’ newest and largest veteran owned brewery, Red Leg Brewing Company.
Accredited sausage companies from all over the state of Colorado have been invited to participate in a People’s Choice sausage competition and a family friendly festival to celebrate the age-old art, with the help of other exceptional local vendors and gourmet food! The festival will offer a live DJ, sausage samplings, locally brewed craft beer, samples and vendor goods and tons of fun family-friendly activities!
SausageFest is all about showcasing the splendor of agricultural industries in Colorado and sharing our community’s local businesses, stories and products with the abundant foodie community in Southern Colorado.
