Cedar Heights Community Association

General Officer Duties:

1. Controls access, limiting access to authorized residents, guests and service providers

2. Provides the highest level of customer service while greeting, identifying and         processing guests and service providers

3. Controls keys

4. Accept and control delivery of packages and deliveries as required

5. Patrol the Cedar Heights Community

6. Communicate in English, verbal and in written form

7. Able to read, understand and implement post procedures as required

8. Able to maintain security reports and logs

9. Provide the highest level of telephone etiquette

10. Summons police, fire, and medical personnel as required

11. Computer and tablet skills required

12. Any other security duties as identified by the Lead Officer

The starting pay for this position is $15 per hour, with a $0.50 raise following six months of successful performance of duties plus retention bonus of up to $1000.  The Community Association pays 100% of the Medical/Dental/Vision benefits for the employee if needed.

Must have valid drivers license, be able to pass a background check, as well as pass an initial drug screening.
