Overview
Bowhead seeks a Space Superiority Training Specialist to support the CoE Space and Missile Defense contract in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities
• Provides training and instruction to support one, or more, SMD School courses
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and course content
• Conduct training sessions or demonstrations, and develop evaluation criteria
• Provide technical subject matter expertise related to US Army space operations
• Travel, as needed, to conduct training

Qualifications
• Working knowledge of the microwave portions of the Electromagnetic Spectrum
• Experience with Offensive Space Operations (Space Control)
• Experience with Counter-SATCOM equipment and operations

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with trouble shooting procedures of SATCOM terminals and associated terrestrial equipment
• Experience with Command and Control systems and processes supporting USSPACECOM and/or USSTRATCOM missions
• Deployment experience operating Counter-SATCOM systems

• Experience with MIGS is a plus

• Experience with EMI detection, monitoring, and mitigation
• MOS: 35S or 35N

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.

Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
